About Us


BH Compliance Ltd was formed in 2017 by our Managing Director following many successful years within the private and public sector. We can offer a wide range of services across heritage and listed buildings; private commercial and residential buildings; and public industrial, commercial, leisure and residential buildings. We pride ourselves on delivering an open and transparent service to clients and in delivering a solution based approach to our work, bringing our vast expertise and knowledge and offering advice and guidance throughout our commissions.

The growth of the company and the retention of clients represents the continued drive and commitment from the team to ensure that quality is delivered over cost, that solutions are delivered where challenges exist. Many of our clients are Local Authorities, Trusts and Social Housing therefore we are aware and understand the need to bolster resource and support required in the current economic climate. We are also highly accomplished at stepping into failing projects, understanding the challenges and delivering pragmatic and innovative solutions. We work across multiple sectors, covering both the built and natural environment, ranging from heritage buildings, landscapes and leisure centres through to social housing schemes, the breadth of our knowledge and experience is our strength.

The aim is to give clients the reassurance they are meeting landlord compliance, and where they are not, offer guidance, assistance, and support. We offer a wide range of services, backed by our experienced and competent team, and approved partners including asbestos inspection, testing and removal.
